Abstract Submission Requirements

Abstracts must be submitted prior to the deadline 8 July, 2007. The presenting author must be a paid registrant.

All abstracts must be submitted via the Abstract Submission Form only, available below. Abstracts sent via email, fax, or regular mail will not be processed or acknowledged.

Abstracts should be prepared as a Rich Text Format (RTF) file and uploaded as an attachment using a link at the end of the Abstract Submission Form.

The RTF-File should contain a 1 page document. Text, mathematical expressions, graphs, and figures are allowed. The text must be formatted with 1 line spacing and typed with Times New Roman 8pt size font. It should fit a frame of 160x100 mm².

The text should contain the following items in the exact given order:

1) Title of the paper: do not use capital letters.
2) Author (initials or first names before surnames), separated by commas and each followed by a footnote letter (a,b,c...) referring to the respective address.
3) Addresses, each preceded by a footnote letter referring to the respective author name(s).
4) Main Text preferably should not be partioned into sections.
5) References should be limíted to the most relevant literature. They should all be cited in the text, numbered in square [] brackets consecutively in order of first appearance.
6) Tables should have a clear structure, with simple column headings that include all units in parentheses.
7) Figures must be sufficiently large in order that no details become illegible in printed form.

Authors are asked to follow the template provided as closely as possible. (Use of MS-Word is strongly recommended. The template does not work properly with WordPad.)

Please, submit your abstract only once.

Immediately after submission you will receive an automatic email with your submission details. We advise you to keep this email.

After some delay you will receive an email from the conference coordinator that your abstract has been successfully downloaded and checked. If you do not receive this email within two weeks after the submission please contact the conference coordinator. Attach a copy of the automatic email with your submission details to your message.

Abstract acceptance will be announced via email by July 20, 2007. Be sure to provide a clear and correct email address for the corresponding author and provide all other information requested on the electronic form.
