Procedure for Submitting an Invited Paper

Invited papers are six pages. For detailed instructions on the preparation of papers, download either TRANSMAG.DOC or TRANSMAG.PDF from http://www.ieee.org/organizations/pubs/transactions/stylesheets.htm. An IEEE style guide, "Information for Authors", may be found at http://www.ieee.org/organizations/pubs/transactions/information.htm.

All manuscripts should be submitted electronically through this web site. Submission forms will be available on this page from 1 September until 7 October.

All submitted manuscripts undergo peer review. Final manuscripts accepted for publication will be due before 30 November.
