Advance registration

Advance Symposium Registration will be available starting July 20, 2007. Advance Registration via the web is the most convinient way and is highly recommended especially for participants wishing to get financial support from the Organising Committee. No other form of advance registration will be available.

Late and on-site registration

There will be a possibility to register in person at the symposium registration desk upon arrival. Increased fees will apply in both cases.

Student registration

In order to qualify for a reduced student fee, a copy of a valid student ID and a letter from the Department Office certifying the student status should be presented at the Symposium Registration Desk upon arrival. Information about possible support can be found at section Support Policy.

Cancellations have to be submitted in written form to the Organising Committee before September 14, 2007. A cancellation fee amounting AU$ 50, - will apply. After this date the fee will not be refunded, even in case of non-participation. However, alternative participants may readily be accepted for an administrative charge of AU$23.
